Biography: In the early morning hours of March 25th, 2020 the Master called Evangelist Debby Fogler Home. Debby was born on January 9, 1960 to the late Gloria Jean and Jessie Reddick. Debby was the younger of her two siblings Eunice Reddick and the late Joann Reddick.
Debby grew up in New York City and attending the New York City school system. At a young age Debby met her first husband Arthur Habersham.  From this marriage Debby gave birth to her only child Mokesha Habersham. She dropped out of school to raise her daughter.
In her young adult years growing up in Harlem, Debby made choices that sent her life down the path of the streets and drugs, as well as a divorce. A few years later Debby met her last husband Danny Fogler.  God had his own plans for Debby!  When he called for her to do his bidding she gladly answered his call and started the process of getting her life back on track. She obtained her GED and then following her passion of caring for others she attended classes to become a home health aide. She did this for many years until she and her husband Danny moved to Chas. South Carolina. The Almighty still wasn’t done with Debby!  She attended church regularly where she learned of her new calling to Minister the word of God to others. In 2000 she attend a Bible Institute and completed all the necessary steps to becoming ordained. Evangelist Debby obtained many Clergy certificates such as Marriage Officiant, her Chaplains badge and many others.  She later moved back to New York to care for her mother. Debby took care of her beloved mother until her final days.
Evangelist Debby Fogler was now on her path of righteousness! This suited Evangelist Debby for she loved to be there for others in their time of need. She was always willing to lend an ear, prayer, guidance, and support or help however she possibly could.  While she devoted her life to God’s work, she also devoted her life to her only child Mokesha and her grandchildren Adriana Rosa, Kelsey Kendrick, Autumn Taylor and Amara Taylor.
Evangelist Debby Fogler leaves to cherish her memory her Angel Mokesha Habersham; her four granddaughters Adriana, Kelsey, Autumn and Amara; her sister Eunice Reddick; her nephews, Jesse, Ronnell, Kamal, Karon, Wesley, Michael, and Joseph; her nieces Veronica, Latanya, Lakinya, Lashawna, Lajeanna, Nijer, Stephanie, and Crystal; her Aunts Dorothy Williams of NJ, Mary Edwards of Washington D.C and Mary Hester Walker and James of Georgia; a host of cousins, other family members and friends.
 Family members who proceeded her in death both her parents Gloria Jean Reddick (mother), Jessie Reddick (father), her sister Joann Reddick and step sister Helen
In this difficult time her daughter asks that each of you remember her bright beautiful smile and infectious laugh.
