Biography: God saw you getting weary, he put his arms around you and whispered, “come with me my child” and with tearful eyes we watched and saw you fade away.  Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. Your golden heart stopped beating, with your tender hands at rest.  God called Rose Cannady home to glory on May 5th, 2021 on her 88th birthday.

Rose turned her life over to God and joined New Mount Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Edward Satchell. As a member, she joined the Senior Choir and served on the Missionary Board until his passing. Her faith then led her to join Mount Neboh Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr.
